We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, providing full-day child care and early education programs. Our center operates year-round, closing only for major holidays and severe weather conditions. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate working parents, ensuring your child receives consistent, high-quality care in a structured environment.
To enroll, parents must complete and submit all required forms, including an enrollment application, medical authorization, emergency contact information, and other documents necessary for compliance with Bright from the Start regulations. A non-refundable $50 registration fee is required to secure your child’s spot. This fee covers administrative costs and insurance. Once your forms and payment are submitted, your child can begin attending on their scheduled start date.
Tuition is due on Monday or on your child’s first scheduled day of attendance for the week. If payment is not received by Tuesday evening, a $30 late fee will be applied. Full tuition is required regardless of attendance, including absences due to illness, holidays, or inclement weather closures. We do not prorate tuition for partial weeks. If a payment is missed repeatedly, your account may be placed on a cash-only basis, and continued non-payment may result in disenrollment.
Yes! We offer a $10 per week discount for each additional child enrolled from the same family (excluding CAPS recipients). Additionally, every child is eligible for one tuition-free week per year, which can be used for vacation, illness, family emergencies, or other personal reasons. This free week must be taken as a full, consecutive week and cannot be split into separate days. During this week, your child may not attend the center.
Our center closes promptly at 6:30 PM, and we ask all parents to arrive on time to pick up their child. If a child is picked up after 6:40 PM, a $1 per minute late fee will be applied. If we are unable to reach a parent or emergency contact and the child is still at the center by 7:30 PM, we are legally required to notify the Department of Family and Children Services. If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible so we can reassure your child and help make arrangements if necessary.
We welcome prospective families to visit our center and see our classrooms in action! We have an open-door policy, allowing parents to tour the facility between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM without an appointment. However, to minimize disruptions to our students' daily routine, tours are not permitted during nap time (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM). If you would like to visit, simply stop by during open hours, or contact us to arrange a time that works best for you.
Our Parent Handbook provides a detailed guide on everything from tuition policies and daily routines to safety procedures and program expectations. Whether you have questions about enrollment, curriculum, or parent involvement, you’ll find all the answers in one convenient place.
